DANMAGI SERVICE END-USER TERMS

These terms (“Terms”) dictates the rules for use of Danmagi Internet Services (“Services”) provided by DanMagi, Skodsborg Strandvej 123, Villa Rex, 2942 Skodsborg, Denmark, Company Reg. No. 33 88 58 65, Telephone No. + 45 70 25 26 71, E-mail address: support@danmagi.com (“Danmagi”), which users of the Services (“User”) are obligated to comply with.

  1. Commencing use of the Services by the User represents the acceptance of the Terms by an adult User (aged 18 years or more).
  2. Danmagi agrees to provide the User with access to the Services commencing when the Terms are accepted by the User and terminating at the end of the access period agreed between the User and Danmagi. Payment with credit cards will be deducted from the User’s account after purchase of the Services. The User has no right of withdrawal once delivery of the Services has commenced.
  3. Danmagi will provide the best possible products and services but does not guarantee a specific quality level for the Services.
  4. Danmagi is not responsible for any loss or damage (incl. loss of data, revenues or economic loss) experienced by the User whilst using the Services. Should the Services be interrupted the User is only entitled to compensation for the price of lost time of service.
  5. Danmagi can discretionarily terminate the User’s use of the Services if the User does not comply with the Terms or applicable laws.
  6. Danmagi can limit or disallow use of the Services if use is deemed by Danmagi to disproportionately impede other User’s use of the Services (the Services are based on the principle of shared bandwidth).
  7. The User agrees to exclusively carry the entire risk associated with using the data received by the through the use of the Services (Danmagi repudiates any responsibility for quality of the data received).
  8. Use of the Services must only be for lawfully permitted purposes as set out in Danish law and applicable local laws. The User agrees to indemnify Danmagi against any claims from third parties that are consequential of the User’s use of the Services for unlawful purposes and/or for purposes that damages any third party.
  9. If use of the Services is permanently terminated, on the initiative of either Danmagi or User, Danmagi can remove all User related data stored on Danmagi’s systems (Danmagi will act in accordance with appropriate data retention laws).
  10. When using the Services Danmagi may collect some or all of the following information relating to the User:
  • Name and e-mail address
  • Data, time and duration of the Services session
  • Data consumption of the Services session
  • Location of the Services session

Danmagi collects only the User’s personal data required to provide the User with the Services and to comply with legal requirements and appropriate data retention law. Danmagi will not store User’s personal data for longer than is permitted or required by appropriate laws. Danmagi’s internal security measures ensure that the User’s personal data is safe. The User has the right to access personal data collected by Danmagi about him/her. To utilize this right, The User must contact Danmagi at the following address: Danmagi, Skodsborg Strandvej 123, Villa Rex, 2942 Skodsborg, Denmark or via e-mail: support@danmagi.com.

If and to the extent it is necessary for the provision of the Services, Danmagi may transfer your personal data to third parties such as your hotel in case the prices of the Services is charged to your room bill, however, in each case only if, to the extent and for as long as permitted under applicable law.

Danmagi uses cookies in relation to the Services, in order to optimize the Services for the User, and thereby facilitate efficient and easy use of the Services. The User can always remove cookies from the Users browser.

The User agrees not to modify the Danmagi systems (only Danmagi or Danmagi representatives may modify or repair the Danmagi systems). The User agrees to reimburse all legal fees and/or damages brought on Danmagi if they are a consequence of the User’s modification of Danmagi systems.

VAT is included in all prices (the current Danish VAT rate is 25%).

The Terms can be revised and amended from time to time by Danmagi.

The Terms are subject to Danish law and any dispute between Danmagi and the User should be settled by The City Court of Copenhagen.
